- On 30th of July Ventus Energy has sent the
Reorganisation Petition to the Estonian Court - The court has 7 work days to repsond, that
means 10th/11th of August (accept, deny or ask for more details) - can be
extended to 14 days - in case of acceptance, Ventus Energy has 60
days to present a Reorganisation Plan to the investors and run a voting - can be
extended to 90 days
- the plan is (immediately) successful, when investors with 2/3 of the
loan amount have voted for it - after this the reorganisation begins

Sanierungsplan vorzulegen und eine Abstimmung durchzuführen; diese Frist kann
auf 90 Tage verlängert werden.
- Der Plan gilt als (sofort) angenommen, wenn Investoren, die zwei Drittel
des Kreditvolumens halten, dafür gestimmt haben. - Im Anschluss daran beginnt die Reorganisation

ha bloqueado la cuenta bancaria que contiene el dinero de los inversores. - Los intereses se están capitalizando para todos (en lugar de abonarse en
la billetera). - Ventus Energy busca llevar a cabo un
Procedimiento de reorganización para
poder reembolsar todas las inversiones (y los intereses).
- El 30 de julio, Ventus Energy presentó la solicitud de reorganización ante el
tribunal de Estonia.
- El tribunal dispone de 7 días hábiles para responder (aceptar, denegar o
solicitar más detalles), lo que sitúa el plazo entre el 10 y el 11 de agosto;
dicho plazo puede prorrogarse a 14 días.
- En caso de aceptación, Ventus Energy cuenta con 60 días para presentar un plan
de reorganización a los inversores y llevar a cabo una votación; este plazo
puede ampliarse a 90 días. - El plan se considerará aprobado (con efecto inmediato) si cuenta con el
voto favorable de inversores que representen dos tercios del importe total
de los préstamos. - A continuación, comienza la reorganización.
